Quality of work was poor.   Wood floor finishing is nowhere near the quality of other floors refinished by other contractors.  Areas of the wood flooring were left unsatisfactory.  Work consisted of repairing several holes in the wood floor - one of which was where a pipe came up.  This area was left with noticeable large ,mismatched putty blobs spread over an area far exceeding the hole.  Cast iron pipe under house was broken in the process and left in a broken state.  We were told this pipe had been capped off, however, upon discovering that he had broken the pipe, we also discovered that he had not capped the pipe.  Ceramic tile was poorly laid.  One tile was broken while installing quarter-round; tile is uneven; and tile was poorly cut and installed around edges of the wall with excessive grout showing and some places even lacking grout.  We paid him to install toilet and sink, however, toilet water supply line was not connected.  We were told that he could not find the correct length of toilet supply line, however, upon further examination, we discovered that he had installed the wrong size cut-off valve.  (cut off valve was 1/4 inch, and he was trying to connect with a 3/8 inch supply line).  Hot water heater was installed inside bathroom vanity but no access was made for electrical line from water heater to go through cabinet to electrical box.  We are finding it necessary now to go back and re-do portions of the wood floor and ceramic floor.  We also are having to complete the plumbing and installation of bathroom fixtures which was left incomplete.  Because we are still working on these, we have not turned back on the water yet; so we do not know yet whether there will be any water leaks .  Justin and his co-worker were both very polite, courteous, and clean young men; however the quality of the work was poor.
