Original Contractor defaulted & this company stepped right in at the last moment & did a superb job.

Last month we had a heavy rain and a section of the gutters started leaking. I called him and asked him to come look at the gutters and he told me he would come tomorrow. He never showed up and I've called a couple more times and haven't heard back.  I even offered to pay him to check the gutter out after he told me he only guarantees the work for one year.  One of my neighbors was having new gutters installed and the people installing those checked my gutters out.  They said the leaf guard wasn't installed on the section of gutter that was leaking and it was due to a clog. After further inspection of the gutters it appears two other sections don't have a leaf guard installed. In another area the gutter was damaging the shingles on my roof because they weren't installed properly. I'm going to have this other company fix the gutters for me because Garcia hasn't followed through with fixing the situation.
