The day that I called and spoke to someone she told me what they would do and how much they would charge. I took the computer right over dropped it off for over night and it was ready the next afternoon like promised. The computer works fine. We had lots of wanted pop-ups and adds streaming while being on the internet. Very friendly service and I would highly recommend their services. They have a nice new office, too!
