i called Mr. Billings and he went over to give me an estimate.  he had to get in touch with the tenants to get a time to see the dwelling where there was a leak.  he recommended a complete new roofing down to the tar paper and we agreed.  he stayed aware of the weather (rain) to be able to do it in  a good time so it wouldn't get wet.  he stayed in touch with us and the tenants all along the way. 
he was a real pleasure to do business with .  we will do business with him again should we need this type of service and we will recommend him to friends.

He was competitive and did good work.  He finished when said he was going to do.  I actually called nine different providers and he came in competitive.  He was not the lowest but next to the lowest and the lowest gentleman was not bonded.  Trust me when I tell you that some of those ran up into the toil depending on the type of shingles and we also had roof caps put on there, so it was a very good price.  If I called him, he immediately called me back.  One day he was just five minutes late but that was fine.  He is one the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet.
