I am very satisfied with Arrow. They respond promptly and the office staff are friendly and helpful.

I like that Arrow Pest Control comes when they say they are going to come. What I don't like about their services is that they send you a bill that is sometimes 2 months early. They will send the bill a couple months before it is due so that you pay it in advance.

We had a contract with them, but we don’t have anymore. They were good guys, but their price was more expensive. However, there are cheaper ones out there who are good.

We originally chose them because of price. When we were going to change to another company because of a better price. Arrow told us they would meet the same price as the other company so we stayed with them. I have nothing to complain about and also nothing to get excited about.

We like them because they are very consistent and don't have to worry about them not coming out. They are very nice guys and do a very good job. I like the fact that we can trust them in our home when we are not here.

They came and did exactly what they said they would do. They worked quickly and efficiently and they made sure to leave everything clean and neat. We haven't had to call them for anything.

They provide top quality work and are very friendly. They are very thorough when spraying for pests and if I have questions they will respond very quickly to my needs. The annual start up fee is around 150.00, but the quarterly price is lower than this. I will continue to use this company for all of my pest control.
