I have had cleanings done many times before, and by far, this was the most unprofessional and worst experience of my life. We had hired Kristie for a deep cleaning of our home. She gave me a list of what all she would do, and she said she would charge us $275 after she looked at our home, etc. She said (in her written words), and quot;I cover the house from top to bottom.and quot; I was very disappointed because she did not do at least 50% of the services under that list, including removing cobwebs, cleaning bathroom floors, cleaning light fixtures, vacuuming the carpets properly, cleaning vents.
We worked around her schedule to set up the appointment. We were having guests come in town in a few days, which we had told her about while setting up the appointment. On the day of the service, she texted me at 5:45 in the morning, even though she knew I had a sick newborn at home. I was unable to be at home since my newborn was ill; however, my parents were at home. She came to clean, but after a couple of hours, she called me on my cell phone to tell me that she was sick. I told her that illnesses are uncontrollable, so I understood that. She said she would send a friend in to clean the remainder of the house the following day. But she demanded that we make the full payment that day. I told her we would pay her for her portion of the work, but since I was not at home, I asked my family how much work she had done. She had done the top part of the house but not the bottom (the bottom is where we have all the essential areas, including the kitchen, family room, bathrooms, etc). As mentioned, she had left the and quot;doneand quot; areas in very bad shape, so I hesitated in giving her the $175 that she demanded. But she promised her friend would complete all tasks by the end, and we would not have to pay more than $275 at the end of the cleaning. We gave her the $175 because she argued with my elderly parents a lot, and honestly, I was dealing with a sick newborn at the pediatrician's office. So I really could not argue with her at that time.
The next day, her friend came, and she said that Kristie did not tell her how much work was still left. So she said she would charge us twice what Kristie had told us. We asked her to communicate with Kristie because we were given this quote after Kristie examined the house. Kristie then started texting me and was very unprofessional in her texts to me. Because we were desperate, we paid the extra money to clean the house. Her friend did an okay job with cleaning the areas that were remaining. But I had to re-do all the areas that Kristie had cleaned and some that her friend had done as well. At the end of this very expensive cleaning, I had to remove the cobwebs, clean the light fixtures, mop the bathrooms, clean the carpets.
This was really a bad experience for us, and I would not want to hire her again because she did an awful job at and quot;cleaning,and quot; and was very unprofessional and argumentative.

Kristie is awesome. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy cleaner in the Atlanta area. Kristie is a one-woman operation, so the previous reviewer referring to a and quot;gentlemanand quot; has the wrong listing entirely...she is quick to respond, flexible in scheduling appointments, and provides great and very effective cleaning services!

The cleaner arrived on time and was very friendly. She made a note of what I wanted done and went to work. She was efficient and did an excellent job.

I called Kristie and received an immediate estimate from her over the phone which I liked. I also informed her I have many dogs inside and out and asked her to come by and meet my dogs because if my dogs don't get along with someone I just can't use them. She was great about that and came to meet the dogs before she was to come clean. This was about a month ago. The dogs loved her because she is very loving to them. Once approved by the dogs she then came back on a different day to clean. She came in with all of her cleaning stuff and began cleaning. She cleaned the house from top to bottom and also done some laundry while here. She has told me if there are other things I need done in the house besides the cleaning just to leave a note and she will do that as well.
She has been cleaning my house now for about a month and I love her. She does more than expected of her without complaining. I have had to reschedule days with her when company comes and she works with my schedule. When I call her if she doesn't answer right away she gets back to me very quickly. Not only is it great that I get my house cleaned so well but I know that my dogs are well cared for and happy when she is around. That is a huge deal for me because my dogs are very important to me. She comes every week to clean my house sometimes twice a week depending on what I need. She does a great job. I am very happy with Kristie's service and would recommend her to anyone.

Overall, the experience has gone well. She has very reasonable rates, and is very flexible. I've been happy with her services.
