Waterpro Irrigation

The installation was done sooner than I anticipated, which is rare in this business. Jess and one of his guys came on a Saturday and worked very fast to knock it out. Jess identified one broken wire to a valve. There was no way to quickly find the break, but he came up with a great solution to work around it. The system now works great, and I will happily use him again for any further add-ons or repairs. Jess is a very friendly guy and fun to do business with.

Jess did an amazing job. Our job was complicated because we decided to put a driveway in the middle of our yard. The driveway was put in but the sprinkler system was an after thought. Of course Murphy's Law (Murphy and I are twin brothers and very close) the sysyem sprung a leak under the new driveway. Jess was able to figure it out and fix the problem without having to touch the driveway. Jess was very informative about what needed to be done. Once we scheduled the service, he made sure to confirm the scheduled time, and he even showed up on time. After the work was done, he and his assistant cleaned up. They washed all the dirt off the driveway and put the grass back almost perfectly. This was a great experience and wish more contractors were this good, neat and dependable.

In my experience with irrigation systems, I've found that companies will line-up to install a new system, but when you try to find a company to service an existing system...crickets. I called Waterpro, and they were at my house the same week. They worked quickly and cleaned-up after themselves. They were responsive again when I needed a new rain sensor installed. Fast, friendly and affordable. One couldn't ask for more.

Jess did a great job. Responded quickly at the busiest time of the season. Diagnosed and found the problem valve in about 5 minutes. He completed the repair quickly. Will highly recommend him to my neighbors. His communication skills are excellent and his willingness to help was greatly appreciated.

Jess and team did a fantastic job installing our new irrigation system.  Jess worked with me on a design that fit our budget yet still was able to effectively cover our entire lawn.  They worked around another huge septic and re-sodding project at our house that was going on simultaneously.  There were no issues over the 3 day installation period and Jess completed his work without any kind of logistics issues with our other workers on site.  Jess was a) easy to work with; b) fair in his pricing (had two other bids); 3) on schedule and quick to complete the job.  Would recommend him highly.
Two additional notes:
1)  We had outdoor lighting cables strung all over the front yard while Jess was doing his project and it was going to be a couple days before our lighting guy would be out to complete the burying of those cables.  Jess (because he is a lighting guy also) went ahead and rerouted and buried the lighting cables at no cost to me so we could stay on schedule.  Highly appreciated the initiative!
2)  In October (a couple months after installation), we discovered that one of Jess's workers had inadvertently sliced a low voltage power line in our backyard during the sprinkler install...a light strand had shorted out and we found the partially cut line next to a sprinkler line.   I sent pictures and descriptions to Jess and he responded and handled the issue immediately.  What could have been a big pain trying to get the issue fixed became just a very small event.  Again, great customer service!

Jess was fantastic! The project was tough because of all of the complexities of the installation. I had problems with the foot valve, the feed line and the pump itself. He did a great job of bringing the right people in who knew what they were doing in this tough situation and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Honestly, I don't know of any other company who would have not only undertaken it, but actually fixed it!
