Excellent product.. a little pricy.. but great item!!

They were on time for the estimate and discussion of what I wanted.  I actually planned on buying more but Julie convinced me i didn't need all that I asked her about. It was very nice of her to be so honest.   Then the installer came out a few days later to measure exactly before the order went in. 
 There was a small glitch in that it was the first time they had put in the type spice cabinet I ordered and it didn't slide as it should because the runners were too short.  So, Bob went up to the Rockler Store about 2 miles away and bought longer slides at his expense and finished the job.  I told him it could wait till Monday since he came to do the install on a Saturday but he was determined to get the job done. Couldn't have been nicer. 
Everything turned out so good that I had Julie come back and ordered two sliding drawers for the kitchen under my cook top.
These are a crazy shape because they wrap around the down draft on my cook top.  ShelfGenie has no problem with that. 
Their products are beautifully made with all wood and beautiful finishes.  They are very sturdy.  They were able to put in a spice rack in a very unusual spot that no one else has ever thought to do.  And the Lazy Susan is the most amazing, space saving and easy to reach accessory I've ever seen.  It has three levels but the bottom two are drawers and then there are what she called wings on two sides for taller items.  This is a big corner that had two shelves and a lot of storage space but with my bad knees it was awful trying to crawl into the corner to get things.   The lazy susan solved all that and I have even more storage than before and it's more accessible.  I can turn it and then pull the drawers out and never have to get on the floor to reach things.  ShelfGenie can solve all your storage problems.  Get their catalogue, you'll be amazed.

The planning and installation of the cabinets went great.  You are able to see on a computer design what the shelves would look like.
Julie the Design Consultant was great and the installer was amazing.  I did pay $200 for a $500. coupon but even with the higher cost of the shelves they are well worth it.  I am so glad I did it.

I bought a "deal" through Angie's list. Julie came out to measure and make recommendations. Sadly, the deal was only enough to do one cabinet. I decided to do 4 more. There was not any pressure from Julie to do so. She was so excited about helping me reorganize my kitchen cabinets. She did a great job. Bob, the installer did a great job as well. Overall I'm very happy with my new pull out shelving. It is a bit pricey, though, so don't be shocked.

It was a very pleasant experience.

Working with Julie and Shelf Genie was a great experience.  I have a deep pantry and it was very frustrating trying see what was in the back of the pantry, especially on the lower shelves.  They installed six shelves that I can now pull all the way out and I can see everything in my pantry.  They were professional and took a lot of time to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted and then they delivered exactly what I ordered.  Julie also called to follow up and make sure I was pleased with the shelves, which I most certainly am!

Every step of the process was impressive.  They came in, listened to our needs, and offered suggestions on how to maximize storage in our kitchen cabinets and obtain easy access to back areas of cabinets.  We had them install drawers in all of the bottom cabinets and improve the usability of the cabinet over the oven and microwave.  They didn't try to sell us more than we needed or push us to buy the higher end line.  
Since all of the work is custom, the pricing is not inexpensive, for it reflects the high quality of the product and the customization.  It is well worth it.  We love what was done, from the first phone call through the installation and the follow up to call to ask if everything met our needs and if we were happy.  And we are.

Communication and scheduling have been great! The pricing seems very good and they showed all of the different options that I could choose from. They are doing three sections in my bathroom closet they are going to complete the installation. The job is still in progress, but they have been great!

This company is professional, efficient and no pressure.  The consultant came to my home and spend about 2 hours talking with me and my husband regarding the most economical way to solve my most irritating kitchen organization and shelving problems.  They listened carefully and asked good questions.  Then we came to an agreement regarding solutions that would be best.  The consultant admitted that their shelving was probably a little more expensive than buying your own at one of the local mega-home  stores, but also pointed out that they have a lifetime warranty on their product and that they are on call to promptly take care of any problems I might have.  The shelving is custom built for my kitchen shelves.
I was impressed with both the product and the professionalism of Shelf Genie's representatives.  I definitely would recommend them to others.
