Rios Hardwood

Rios Hardwood installed, stained and polyurethaned oak in our living, dining and master bedroom. Because of the odor from the polyurethane (we wanted oil-based), we left town during that time (a neighbor gave Rios Hardwood Flooring our check when they were done). We came back to beautiful floors - the installation of the wood, stain and finish were perfect. We highly recommend them.

They did a great job. They were very responsive. The price was right. Even when we had a problem, after we had finished and paid them, they came back out and fixed it.

Eric was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a fair quote, and when the work turned out to be a bit more difficult than he expected, he didn't ask for more money. The floors look simply spectacular. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quality job done for a fair price.

Eric showed up ontime for to do the quotation, and to do the work. He worked hard to keep the dust out of our home and cleaned up before he left. an excellent job from start to finish.

We live out of town and had to coordinate with him over the phone and through e-mail. We came to town and met him at the condo and he gave us an estimate. He then sent proof of insurance and business licenses and promised to get the work done in three days. This would allow time for our tenant to move in. It is not easy working with contractors when you aren't there to oversee the job and we had to trust that he would do what he promised to do. He then waited for my husband to get to town (we live in Texas!) to get his final payment. He's honest, has good prices and does excellent work. Very professional.

He is a great person! Honest, hard working, fair, cleans up after himself. Pleasant to work with. He had lots of options for me to choose from.
