Installed a product that didn't cure after 8+ months and consistently smells like strong chemicals. Young kids and families health has been impacted. Lab results from flooring showed toxic chemicals beyond permissible limits. Company will not resolve the issue and my family is living daily with harmful chemicals.

Everyone was great to work with and communication was clear and consistent. The floors look really beautiful. There was a bit of dust and pieces from the demo that were left behind. Other than that things were perfect
