We got 4-5 bids from electricians and went with Jack due to the simplicity and transparency of his pricing and his high level of professionalism. He ran all wiring and installed the recessed lighting during his first couple visits to our home and then finished the job after the drywall and painting were complete. Jack was highly accessible and communicative the whole time (as well as extremely polite given that we accidentally locked him out once and caused him to set off the alarm a second time), and, most importantly, everything functions perfectly. I've already referred him to a colleague, and he'll be our first call the next time we need an electrician.

They have done a lot of work for my mom and I. When my mom needed to have some significant electrical work done in her house, I called several electrical contractors. I was looking to be led into the right direction of what needed to be done. Brookhaven was willing to give me that information. Everyone else was too inpatient, or telling me things I didn't understand. They got the job because they were willing to discuss the ins and outs. We went to the county and got their opinion on what needed to be done. They agreed with everything that they said. Every time I call them, they come out right away. They are very fair priced. I would never go with another electrician.

jackie made a free trip to estimate costs. gave two options and pricing for each. showed-up precisely at the time for the appt. had all necessary parts and tools to complete the job. brought a helper who was equally polite and efficient. showed his license before he began work. did not ask if he was bonded. we are a small independent company and prefer to support other local independents, in part because they generally have lower overhead and more freedom to work without looking at their watches. cleaned-up after finishing his work. will call him again if more work is needed.

Went very well. He showed up on time, was very respectful and did quality work. He forgot to perform a minor task, which I noticed later, and still came out the following week (after I had already paid him) to finish the job. I would highly recommend.

Jackie and Andre worked several hours installing two new circuits in the house, as well as moving an electrical outlet and installing 13 dimmer switches. At all times were they personable, knowledgeable, and professional. No detail was too small for their concerns and the final product shows their integrity. Will definitely use Jackie again for all my electrical.

They were very knowledgeable. When he came he was able to and find each problem right away. The living room was done by another electrician and it was done incorrectly. He got everything taken care of and explained things to me. He didn't have any problems and I was very comfortable using them. I like the fact he explained things to me.
