Our vet explained several options and brought us back to show us everything she saw. She said this is a sign that there may be a cancer growing. Between that and kidney failure it could be about 4-5 years. we made him as comfortable as possible.

While we were there we had them clean her teeth, we are still in shock at the price. The price is sky high, I have known that from the beginning. I have one doctor that I use and they only schedule with that doctor fro my cat services.

The only complaint I have is that communication between the office staff and vets is sometimes lacking. I called for a prescription refill and was told I had to come in for a follow-up appointment. After arriving for our scheduled appointment and answering questions, Dr. Avgeris informed me that a check-up was not necessary and apologized for this mistake. They did not charge me for the visit and I was able to pick up my medications so it wasn’t a wasted a trip. So, if you think you are getting information that is incorrect, please double check so you are not wasting your time for an unnecessary appointment.

Update: We were pleased to find that this time, the entire exam was conducted in the examination room with owner present.

Staff was friendly and punctual.



We have owned cats for many years and are used to having the complete exam done in the exam room. At this location, the pets are taken into a different area to have their temperature taken and to be weighed while we wait in the exam room.



The team is knowledgable and we believe our cats are in good care.

We have 2 cats, they've had various things, from kitty asthma to getting things in their eye, and one of them has a problem with tear ducts. We had one over weight and now we have Miss Skinny. One of them found a scorpion in the bathroom. My cat got bit, we called him, and he said to give him a Benadryl. He gave us his phone number and said we could call him in the middle of the night, we were sold, even though we weren't his clients. He did surgery on him with a lump right next to his thyroid. We like them an awful lot. One cat had kidney failure and stayed with them a few days.

It was great. Every one of the staff members (4 that day) that we delt with were phenomnal. They were so sweet and caring people. I feel vrey luckly that my puppy has such a caring vet practice. They were gentle with her, sweet, loving and caring throughout the entire process. They had my puppies best interests at heart the entire time.

The front office was very friendly and the technicians took time to visit and get current info on our animals. The dr. was very thorough (and gentle) and took time to listen to our concerns. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.

I highly recommend them. They were phenomenal. When I call them with questions, the doctor calls me back. I never have long waiting times. They will fit me in and they have amazing hours. They also work Saturdays. They have a board certified surgeon so they really know what they are doing. I have met most of the doctors there now and I have not found one yet that I do not love. They are definitely worth it.

It went beautifully. The wait time was short. The staff friendly and compassionate. The vet was very thorough in her exam and spent a lot of time with our dog testing and examining, then went over her finding completely, giving us all options and treatments. I highly recommend this animal hospital. They have certified surgeons and the newest diagnostic technology to ensure the best treatment for your pet.

I have been going there since my cat was born, so about twelve years now. They are a very good clinic. They are very caring and they take their time explaining things to me. They suggest a lot of preventative programs that I think are very informative and useful to my cat's overall health.

The vet was very responsive to my concerns. They were all compassionate when we had to make the difficult decisions. I know they did the very best they could, but the cat was over 15 years old. After the cat died, the staff even sent me a nice card, signed by everyone there. They did their best to make an unpleasant situation better.

Dr. Draper is wonderful at this facility. We have always had positive relations with Dr. Draper. Another great doctor in this practice is named Dr. Valines. The prices they charge are probably a little higher than some places, but the care is excellent. We have always felt like our dogs receive good care there and we have no plans of using a different vet anytime in the near future.

They are very good with our cat. The office staff and doctors are friendly. I do feel they are a little pricey. It never takes long to get an appointment scheduled and they are prompt once you are there. We have also boarded our cat at this facility in the past.

Dr. Rudd and his team of vets are very compassionate and gentle every time I've seen them interact with an animal or the animal's family. Each time I've taken one of our pets, I've been told in detail what treatment needs to be done, why it needs to be done, if there are any alternative treatments that may work, what they would choose if it were their pet, and then given the choice of treatment for my pet. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I personally recommend them to all who want compassionate and state-of-the-art treatment.
