Awesome experience! A full inspection of my car was accomplished and documented prior to the detailing job (level 2 detail), everything was explained in detail and O even talked me out of a few things (I mentioned buffing compound prior to the wax job, he said based on the condition of the paint he was confident I would be very pleased in the outcome of just washing, claybar, and wax... saving me $). The car came out looking as nice, or better than the day I picked it up at the dealership!!! I will be back with my wife's SUV in a few weeks!

From our recent experience with Ultimate Custom Detailing, Orraine McFarlane more than deserves his "A" grade here on Angie's List. As other reviews state, we received excellent, professional, courteous service. Everything was explained with "I's" dotted and "Ts" crossed. O is very friendly and helpful. 2014 RAM crew cab truck, best detail exterior including wax, added long-term sealant, basic interior, added leather treatment. Truck looks great! Highly recommended!

I accidently left my car window down over night and it rained. To make matters worse when i went out the next morning to leave a cat was sitting in my car. My interior was drenched, covered in cat hair and paw prints on top of my procrastinating neglect. Mr. McFarlane was able to get me in the next day. My car has never looked better.

My car is normally parked outside and a road resurfacing crew managed to carelessly get cement dust all over it. It would not clean in a regular car wash. O was able to squeeze me in and did a terrific job with the immediate need, as well as give some tips for future care of my car (whether or not he did it). Great service, very personable, excellent setup for all kinds of auto detailing work. My car probably hasn't looked better since I drove it off the lot new 7 years ago.

I am completely satisfied. The owner (his nickname is and quot;Oand quot;) arrived right on time to my house. He was courteous and friendly. After discussing what I needed done and the price I should expect he got right to work. My car had never been detailed and, given its age, it was going to be difficult job. It was fully coated in residue from a tree, lacked any kind off shine, and had paint splatter on both sides and on all the tires from when I ran over a paint can on the highway. Not only did and quot;Oand quot; get my car to shine, he got the paint off! He could not get the paint off of the front splatter guards so he painted them black like they were before the paint incident. His attention to detail was certainly impressive. Along with everything else, he vacuumed and washed all of the rugs and upholstery in my car (even the trunk), washed my windows, and did everything else you would want from an auto detailing. He worked on my car for close to 4 1/2 hours. I am very happy with his work and would highly recommend his service.

He confirmed the appointment beforehand, showed up on time, did an outstanding cleaning job on my filthy car and followed up two days after service to make sure I was satisfied. One of the most professional people with whom I've had the pleasure of dealing. I will definitely be using him again and again.

Totally professional and did an incredible job on a full detail of my wife's 99 civic. 2 kids in the backseat took a toll on the cloth seating and floors with their food and drink stains. He was able to clean that up VERY well. The outside of the car looks great especially with the headlight restoration (DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED IF NEEDED). Will be using his services again in the summer on my truck. Comes with his own materials and electricity!!! Absolutely recommended.
