Two Maids & A Mop

Customer service pre-service was absolutely wonderful, however if you have a complaint it will go bad fast. I had some basic concerns, instead she addressed the extra things they completed, that they were not suppose to do. While never discussing why the things outlined were not done. I love the things that were done that were extra, however I was more concerned about the things that should have been done. This service would require supervision to ensure that you actually get a top to bottom clean. Unlike the previous person, I did not experience theft. If you take on a task that is too much for you or your team, just say you can't handle the job. When a customer calls you and leaves a message, you should call them back. At least I don't think, but I will NOT be using them again.

Beware!!! Do not use this company!! I hired Two Maids and a Mop to clean my home. The ladies they sent left without completing the job (one of them allegedly fell ill while they were cleaning my home), and when they left, we discovered they had stolen multiple items from our home. We documented the incomplete work and notified the authorities in regards to the stolen items. When we reached out to the owner of the company and she was extremely unapologetic and said that the police would have to do their job. When we brought up the issue of the fact that her crew left before they had completed the cleaning (and we offered to show her the pictures to which she refused) she said they would get it next time. There will not be a next time for this company! The owner of the company, Brande, has NEVER reached out to my wife or myself in regards to any of this. We had to repeatedly reach out to her. Very unprofessional and poor business ethic. Save yourself a huge headache and disappointment and find someone else to clean your home!!
