This was the first time the did work for me. What I liked most was their professionalism, communication, great people. This was the first time they provided services for me.

I have no complaints about the work performed. The installers were very friendly and professional and I think they did a good job (though they failed to caulk the seam where the exhaust PVC came through the brick). There were a couple of issues with the initial installation on 6/23 and a crew came out a few days later to correct the problems and complete the installation. The new water heater is performing well. The problem started when I asked to have the inspection completed before payment. While we thought this was something that would take a day or two, due to complications with the county the inspection could not be scheduled for over a month. I called Trinity weekly - sometimes twice weekly - to try to resolve the situation. The office staff at Trinity was very helpful and worked diligently to try to get the inspection scheduled. It took three weeks just to figure out why the county couldn't set up an inspection and then it took another week to get the issue resolved so that we could get a permit pulled and set up the inspection. That was all fine and I had no idea there was any issue with Trinity. Then, when I called in to finally schedule the inspection, the owner of the firm, Lou, got on the phone and began angrily threatening me with legal action and a lien. He was so rude that I was completely taken aback. I had done nothing wrong and had not heard anything from Trinity prior to this regarding any issue with payment. Lou's attitude and behavior was so upsetting and so unprofessional that I will never do business with Trinity Air again, despite the quality of their work.

I think our air was out on Sunday morning and they came on Sunday afternoon. I was really surprised that we were able to get somebody out there so quickly. The cost was probably a couple of hundred dollars, it wasn’t that much. They serviced it and then the piece. It was definitely reasonably.

Trinity Heating and Air was amazing. It was $50, we were on the maintenance. They’re very prompt, easy to schedule with. A lot of these HVAC people it takes forever to get an appointment when it’s hot. They come out promptly and I was able to take care of everything remotely from Florida without any issues. We’ve had a service contract with them for a few years. They were good about sending me their letters.

The cost is part of a yearly contract. I would use them again in the future.

Excellent. Trinity Air identified some major problems with my HVAC system that were not diagnosed before purchased a distressed property. They are professional, timely and ensure a high work product. They were able to use parts of my existing HVAC system which still had a long useful life to reduce the overall cost. I recommend them and will most likely use them again as I have rental properties in the area which will need HVAC work in the future.

I have  a contract with them and I pay $89 a year. I have no problem with them. They’re very dependable and very efficient. I wouldn’t change them. They are pretty thorough. They check inside and out. They’re very clean, they put shoes on their feet and they don’t put track in your house. They’re punctual. They call you when you have appointments or when they are on their way. Most of the time they’re here on time.

This company has the best technicians and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company.

I liked the salesman and installers. They did a good job and were quick. The system works great. The price was reasonable.

tech arrived on time for 2 pm appt. He inspected inside quickly and said everything was fine. He cleaned the outside unit and said there was a freon leak, This ac unit has been working very well for seven years and all of a sudden there is a leak? He added 1.12 lbs of freon. The cost of the maintenance visit had been prepaid and was $150. The cost of the freon was $76.00 a lb but he charged me $152.00 because he said he had to round-up.
