I would not trust her with my property. The property we tried to buy wasn't even listed in the right zip code so not many people knew it was on the market. While we were in negotiations she dragged her heels on communication. When our inspector noticed problems, we caught her fixing them herself instead of having it addressed by a professional. We got out of the contract because we did not trust her, or the home.

I offered a price for the house and it did not appraise for that price. Susan did not tell me it did not appraise. Without telling me she had the house reappraised for the asking price. I would have never known this happened if the mortgage broker did not tell me. As my buyers broker, she cost me thousands of dollars.
