Excellent as always, right on time, completed work quickly, overall excellent experence.

Arrived on time, completed repair. I was in a spot as I was leaking water and had to have it corrected quickly. It was only one call and he came out and corrected. He told me he was scheduled out several weeks but would come out. I cannot speak to price because it was a form of an emergency, I feel it was fair under the circumstances. I was impressed with the professionalism and the promptness.

After several years of unacceptable costly services from another company that never solved our needs with reasonable and knowledgeable service I contacted Sprinkler Solutions of Peachtree City area. Voice message left and I received a quick response from Don ; on time for appointment; great advice suggested to fix problem areas that were cost efficient; friendlly staff; prices quoted were reasonable and no hidden surprises. Great local company!!!

Donald Russell and his team were very responsive when I called to explain the multitude of problems we were having with our OLD sprinkler system! They came out and completed a thorough assessment, and then made recommendations on what we needed. Donald explained EVERYTHING in detail and we decided to go with his recommendations. This involved replacing broken valves, and replacing most of our sprinkler heads. And since our landscaping had changed over the years, he made a couple of suggestions about moving one head and capping off another. He was SPOT ON!!! And by the way...Donald did NOT recommend replacing every single head, as he certainly could have. If one was working fairly well, he said we could get by with not replacing it. That went a LONG way with us and having trust in this professional! Our system now is running as if it is brand new! And the most amazing part is that Donald followed up with us more than once to be sure we were happy with every single detail. Customer service at this level is just so rare these days. I am THRILLED with the service we received from Donald and Sprinkler Solutions. HIGHLY recommend!

Donald was truly outstanding. He was punctual each time he came to the house, returned our phone calls in a timely manner and was always very pleasant and kind each visit. I would highly recommend his services.

Irrigation damaged by phone company burying new cable. Marilyn Russell and crew quickly identified the issue and made the repair. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Plan on using them again soon for routine maintenance and service. Highly recommended.

I had a zone that all of a sudden didn't wont to stop running. I called Sprinkler Solutions after hours and they came the next morning. They fixed the problem - using a rebuild kit thus minimizing repair costs. I also had a broken head replaced. Prices were very reasonable. They explained what likely caused the problem and how to possibly avoid it in the future. I will be using them for fall shutdown and spring startup for sure! Excellent experience.

Fantastic. This was an existing system when we bought the house and seemed to never work completely as it should. They reviewed each of our zones, assessed the issues then made the repairs and adjustments on the spot. We then reviewed each zone and each head to make sure it was doing what it was supposed to do. The system works MUCH better now.

Don and his team were great. First... he came out to give me a quote and he was so thorough and detailed in explaining the setup, how many heads, options for boring or digging, etc that I had to go with him. The other quotes I received just weren't as detailed as Don and he knows his stuff. Install went in well and Don came back out to meet with me and explain the system fully, additional options and just overall tremendous customer service relationship. No question, if you're looking for a sprinkler install, or service, at the right price and great quality work, then Don and his team is your best option.

They should change the name of the company to "The Sprinkler Whisperer". I moved into the house last Aug and never had a sprinkler system before. But I knew this one needed a lot of work. The heads sprayed places they weren't suppose too, and needed adjustment, some didn't rotate and needed to be replaced, one of the zones didn't work at all and I needed a tutorial on how to use the control box. It was very impressive that he was able to find this 6 inch round box that was completely underground in a yard that is over an acre in about 2 minutes. Trace the line, find the loose connection and have the zone running in no time at all. But the best part was the customer service. I told him that I didn't know anything about the sprinkler system so he took the time to tell me all about the controller, program it and answer about 30 questions I had. His customer service is off the chart I will certainly be using him again.

The owner came out as promised within an hour of the service call. Very professional and personable. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas related to the system. Found the problem and winterized the system. Also found other items that will need to be looked at in the spring. Offered advice on money saving options. So relieved to have finally found someone with his experience and knowledge, and his cost effective and reasonable approach to repairs. Will be calling in the spring to schedule service and be placed on his regular customer list. Only wish was that we had found him sooner.

Work began on schedule. Estimate of time to complete was accurate. Was provided a free quote which ended up being exactly what I paid. Installation went smoothly from design to completion. System developed a leak in one of the pipes running along the driveway several months after installation - quite possible that the weight of a vehicle caused it. Regardless, Sprinkler Solutions came back out and repaired at no cost. All-in-all very pleased with the value of their service. I would recommend Sprinkler Solutions and would hire them again

After reading Donald's excellent reviews on Angie's List this spring, we were fine with the wait time it took for him to come out to our house, even tho that meant 6 weeks away. Apparently, he is that much in demand because he and his company are that good. We found that our for ourselves today. Donald took a quick look and ran a few tests and discovered our overall issue was our controller. As he discussed pricing and doing the job same day.....we found out not only was he fair AND honest with his pricing, but he was able to switch out the controller quickly, and still continue to check out other areas of our sprinkler system. He replaced one head, replaced a couple of covers and checked out our main valve box. Donald's knowledge and just plain know-how, along with his no nonsense approach had him in and out of here quickly. He also "trained" us on the new controller. As former teachers, we appreciated his "hands on" and "visual learning" techniques that taught us in a matter of minutes how to program and operate the new controller. We decided we want him to come out this Oct. to "winterize" our system. We were impressed that he stated we would get a reminder about that this fall. We cannot imagine a better company that's out there for all Donald does for his customers!

It took a week or so to get the initial appointment (they are busy!) but the work was done when scheduled. They were great and finished in one day. The work was done well and the system works great!

I would never hire them again and have spread the word

Showed up late afternoon and stayed until 7. They made sure it was done right. Donald showed me what was going on with my system and let me know costs as he worked. He troubleshot several items and though it was cold, Rainey and getting late he and his team never hesitated to go the extra mile. I appreciated their work and professionalism. The price was fair and I did not feel like I had been misled which has happened with other irrigation companies I've used in the past.
