I highly recommend this company! After ordering a garage door opener through one of the big box stores and waiting more than ten days just to be contacted to schedule installation, I cancelled that order. I then contacted PTC Hometown Garage Doors after researching company's on Angie's List. I had to leave a message when I first called, but they returned my call in less than 15 minutes. They patiently answered all of my questions and scheduled installation for the very next day. They had given me a good idea of what time they would be there and said that they would call the next day to let us know they were on the way. They called when expected and arrived when they said they would (rare these days with most service companies). They were professional, and  explained the operation of the garage opener before they left. They also left their phone number in case there were any questions after they left. They made this a painless experience after we originally had a bad experience with a larger company. I encourage anyone in the PTC/Newnan/Senoia areas to use this company.

They answered the phone with the first call. They showed up as promised and fixed the door quickly. They offered a fair quote for a new door and have been available for follow up questions. It's been an all-around great experience!!!!

If you live in Fayette or Coweta County this is the guy to use for garage door installation or repairs.
His prices are extremely fair and his work is excellent. In addition, he understands the importance of
a simple phone call if his crew is going to be late. (and he shows up with his crew, too)
Also, once the job was done, his employee noticed a very small dent on one of the panels, which I didn't see.
I assured me he will be back in a couple of days to replace the dented panel. I couldn't be happier with the product 
and the guys who did the installation.

I would highly recommend this company.  They were at my home precisely when they said they would be.  They were very courteous.  They accomplished the repair to my garage door in a very timely manner and removed the old broken parts.  I would highly recommend their services!
