The product manager was not very customer oriented. He told me that upon completion of the job, the trash rolloff and everything else would be removed from my property. This did not happen. I made at least five phone calls to get the rolloff removed and a number of additional calls to get the remainder of the roofing materials removed. The workers completed the job on Saturday and everything was finally gone on Tuesday. I also did not appreciate the roofers drinking beer while working on my roof. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Originally ordered the wrong shingles for my roof. I called my service representative and told him the problem. They immediately corrected the situation and the owner called me personally and apologized. My new roof looks great!!!
