Was extremely disappointed in quality of work done. I selected this company over another with a lower bid because of the rapport I'd developed with the sales rep. In a nutshell, the cleaning was haphazard and lackadaisical. It was more like a spot clean done by a sullen teenager, although the crew was very friendly and professional. The 24-hour return was useless as this was a rather large house and the unclean spots were random--i.e. one shelf out of four was not clean, shower walls in upstairs guest baths (2) were still covered in construction dust; so was not immediately discovered. Also, the bathroom floors were still covered with dust after re-do, which, I might add, was billed on my time. The products used on hardwood floors dulled them. Did not clean top of shower frame (build up of dust and grime); you could see swipe marks in the dust on walls and cabinets (within arms reach). Just not a very thorough job, and since the unclean spots were random, I had to go back and wipe ALL the cabinet shelves down again--we're talking two full kitchens and 4 full baths. Mediocre at best.
