Magnus was absolutely professional and supportive during our situation when my daughters heat pump broke down. The representative, Larry Lacombe was very knowledgeable and very honest. We were very impressed that he actually assisted us on saving money on our new installation of our very old heat pump. Before we called Magnus we were quoted very high bids from other companies in the area. Magnus was highly recommended to us as a company with integrity and that's exactly what they are. They replaced our heat pump with a good reliable and highly dependable heat pump & replaced our duct system to improve air flow. Larry was always available and answered all questions and concerns prior to the beginning of the job. Magnus saved us half the cost to replace our heat pump with high quality job. We found our new Heating and Air service!!
