I've had good luck with Kaufman. They gave me a print out that shows where the tires were before the alignment and where they were after the alignment. They are very professional. A lot of technology there. It took less then an hour and the workers are great.

I've bought several sets of tires from them over time. They gave me a printout that shows where the tires were before the alignment and where they were after the alignment. And I've got that in my file here. They've got a machine that takes a x-ray picture of your alignment. They show you the before and after. Then when you go in next time they'll take another picture to show where they are current time. Their very professional a lot of technology there. It took less then an hour. Kaufman's as far as I'm concerned does good work.

I took my car to Kaufman Tires. They do all kinds of stuff. What happened was, I had went there last year and bought a set of Michelin tires and had an alignment done. I went back this time because they rotate and balance them free for a year. So when I went back, this time, it was free. Last year I paid about $500 for the tires and alignment. It went very well. I'm very particular with who I deal with, so when I asked anyone what the best place to go and buy some tires and they told me Kaufman Tires. So, when I started going there a few years ago, I found a good business.

I had full synthetic oil put in my vehicle which is a little expensive than a regular oil change. They seem to be very dependable upon the work they have done on your vehicle. Their prices can be reasonable. I have been taking my vehicle to them for years.

They were very good and professional. They also let me know about a special promotion connected with a successful 4th inning at the Braves game which got me a free 4th tire.

Since I bought my tires (Cooper tires) from this store, they rotate them for free. So when I get an oil change, I have the tires rotated. When I purchased the tires, I think they gave me a good deal and did a good job balancing them.

Excellent service, but a bit on the slow side. Make an appointment if you go here.

Kauffman Tires did a quick and professional installation of my new tires. They also did a safety inspection and pointed out an impending problem with my car. I'd use them again.

I spent too much with them. It was a poor experience. I had to wait in the lobby for a very long time. When they finally took my car they came up with a list of 100 things that they wanted me to fix. They wanted to be my mechanics as well as the tire supplier, so I was very frustrated. I told them I have a local mechanic and I don't need you to fix my car but I need you to put couple of tires in my car. They wasted my time and I was sitting in the lobby for several hours for new tires and I didn't need them to fix my car. I didn't ask for that service they were trying to get more money out of me. They are not horrible but I was disappointed. I didn't get a super deal and my mechanic told me to call around and I did and told what I need and because I was a woman they took advantage of me. I got a free oil change but I didn't get nearly as stuff as my mechanic did. They carry a lot of different tires and I haven't had any problem with them. They didn't push when I said I had my own mechanic but they were necessarily happy and they were trying to play me. I paid a fair price but I was annoyed. They were dishonest.

It was fine. It was of great price and great service. I will use them again when the time comes. They were special tires and so they had to be ordered and they got it on time within an hour. They did what they were supposed to do compared to the other place with whom I made an appointment and I was there two hours before and they never put the car on the rack to put the tires on so I left.

Their prices are reasonable and their location is next to a Starbucks, which is very nice for when you are waiting. The wait is also fairly short.

THEY ARE HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. I TRY AND STAY WITH THEM AND NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
