Actually Kalina Construction added a new room (pantry) to my home. Andy and his crew were easy to work with, receptive to any suggestions we had and just did a fantastic job. I am so happy that I chose this company to build "my" most important room in the house, my new 8' x 9' pantry! These pictures don't do it justice.

We hired this company to do a remodel of our entire downstairs including new kitchen, bathroom, ceiling and lights. It was great working with Andy- we were kept up-to-date on all the items his crew was working on each day, and the few small errors were quickly fixed. Would definitely recommend for residential work.

Andy Kalina and his crew did exceptional work for us after we bought an older home. He renovated the existing fireplace and converted it to gas logs, extended the roof line to create a covered area for our patio, replaced a large double pane window and changed out several overhead lights fixtures. He and his team were very professional, met the contract time lines and stayed within our budget. He always returned our texts and answered our calls. Attached are a few pictures of his work. It all seamlessly matched the home’s existing structure. I would highly recommend Kalina Construction.
