"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], This work has been completed over a year now. Why the delay in placing the bad review? You pool remodel was done in the middle of our busy season. So patience was going to be required on your behalf. It shames my business you leave negative comments. I work very hard to please all customers and if I could upload a photo of your pool I would. The quality is superior. If you were so unhappy with our work why did we return to your property and perform a winterazation on your pool and irrigation after the pool was completed (while you were out if town and I personally performed the work myself at your home).
