The saleswoman was just OK;  she did not follow through with the sale, she directed us to another salesman. We asked for the downloads option which cost another $100.00. They said that the downloads would be ready for pickup two days later on Friday August 1st.  We called the store on Friday afternoon. First they said that they had no record of the sale.  She put us on hold for 20 minutes. We finally hung up. We went back to the store on Saturday August 2nd at 10:00am and spoke to a woman who had her tongue pierced. Lots of body piercing among the staff..very unprofessional. Other salespeople that we spoke to did not have acceptable product knowledge. The downloads were not done, we requested a credit and completed the downloads at home and saved $100.00. We are Premier Silver customers, and will find other places to shop for our technology in the future. We also shop at the Best Buy in Ft. Lauderdale; their professionalism and product knowledge are very high. So I think there is a problem at this Peachtree City store.
