I had to have some siding repaired on my property as a result of an accident from previous contractor work. Falcon exteriors responded professionally from the beginning with scheduling the visit to access the damage, explaining in detail what was to be done and keeping within the exact timeframe of the job. The new siding blended perfectly with the rest of the house. I have the comfort in also knowing that the work is backed with a two-year guarantee. Thank you Brad for your courteousness!!

Brad was excellent to work with. We were having issues with a gutter on the back of the house that always overflowed. Brad came out and immediately recognized the gutter did not have the correct pitch. He also noticed the problem with the fascia board. We had a quote by the end of the day and the installer was out a couple days later to replace the gutter. He did a excellent job and left a clean job site when he was done. My wife and I liked the way the new larger gutter looked so well we decided to have all the gutters replaced. Again, Brad was prompt to get a quote for us and the installer did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

Brad and Brandon were professional and personable - the crew was great.  Job was done in a timely fashion and the new gutters look great.  Would definitely recommend there services.  Always a good sign when they show up at the time agreed upon then do a reasonable bid.  Would contact them again if the need arises.

Following a night of heavy rain and storms we awoke to a significant leak with water running down the ceiling and wall near the fireplace. I made several calls to local roofing contractors in an attempt to get someone to take a look at the roof and give us an idea what needed to be done to fix the problem. Brad Stamps of Falcon Exteriors responded promptly to my inquiry and came out to our home within a few hours. Brad thoroughly evaluated the roof and flashing around the chimney and was able to identify the source of the leak. I was impressed with his professional knowledge and personable customer service. Since roofing problems are way outdide our field of expertise, it was reassuring to have a roofing expert who understood our predicament and developed a plan to get the problem fixed at the earliest possible opportunity. Falcon Exteriors did excellent work and completed the job before the next round of rains arrived. Even though we had to be out of town, Brad communicated by phone and email to keep us informed of their progress. I can't say enough how highly I recommend Falcon Exteriors for their expertise in roofing repair. We are thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the repair work performed by this superb company.
