I was really pleased with Duck Back through the entire process. Mike Masuicca did an excellent job from the double measuring right through the installation of the custom casement window. He and his assistant did meticulous work and I was happy with the results. The photos showed the original vanity area before Duck Back and after Mike finished.

Great experience in getting a roof replacement. Michael was quick to get me a proposal. Everything went very smoothly and I am happy with the new roof. Fair and competing price with no hidden charges. I would gladly recommend Duck Back!

I phoned Duck Back Roofing (DBR) after they came out to my mothers home and gave her a total replacement roof estimate. I have been familiar with the company for years as I've seen their lawn signs in many residential areas within the county. Ironically, I was in the process of obtaining estimates for a total roof replacement when the leak was revealed. David came out two days after i phoned and patched the area using flashing. He took a photo of the busted valley and sent it to me so I could share it with my insurance company. David was efficient, professional and friendly. The next week, Michael came by to look over the entire roof and give me an estimate for its replacement. Like David, Michael was professional, friendly and knew his craft. The amount I paid for the leak repair will go toward the cost of the replaced roof. Out of all of the estimates I received, DBR was the lowest. I like that they get their CertainTeed Landmark materials locally and believe that makes their cost reasonable. I will post again after the roof replacement is done. But so far, so good.

The initial fix was done on schedule, this also included blowing out leaves from gutters.
3 months later it started leaking at the same location, it was must worst than it ever was.
I called them and informed them of the problem and asked them to address it.
1st time:
They confirmed a date and didn't show up. I call them and they don't respond. Later they responded saying that since its raining they cancelled it and never cared to inform me - had they informed me earlier I would have saved a work from home and lot of rescheduling.
2nd time:
They rescheduled it for today(5/22) morning and no one shows up.
Now they repeated the same again - today is a bright and sunny day, don't know what the excuse is.
I am really frustrated at this point. I call them and they don't respond.
[Update]: After posting a direct message on AL, they respond to it and the excuse is that they diverted the resources to another job.They didn't event care to inform me.
Finally when they came to check on the recurring leak, they said it was never fixed and now it was taken care off.

I had a leak coming from one of my ridge vents in my roof. I contacted them and they came out the next day and looked at the roof and confirmed that there was a problem with the nails coming out of the ridge vents and gave me a very fair estimate for replacing them and a few cracked shingles. They came out a couple days later and did the job and the leak is gone. They were very professional and cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Replaced (2) Vent boots; installed replacement shingles in (2) areas; reinstalled and secured vinyl siding that had popped out of place on the second floor. Also he said he filled a few toe board holes that were never filled from the original installation of the roof.
Entire process took 45 min.
The original date of the repair that was given was on 11/24/14, but the serviceman showed up on 11/25/14. This delayed my pressure washing schedule by a week but I understand that things happen.

The pricing beat all competitors, and Duck Back has no interest financing worked out with a bank.
Everything looks and works great so far, 2 years after the installation. There were a few minor problems during the installation and a few gutter problems about a year afterwards, and they were fixed immediately. Michael, the onsite boss is very good and responsive.
Even though they do a great job cleaning up, be on the lookout for old roofing nails after they leave.

Went very well, small hiccup on first day….crew that arrived had previously worked on a very steep roof job the previous several days and our steep roof would have posed a safety hazard based upon the heat and physical exertion required. The manager explained the situation and a new crew was on job ready to go the next day; smooth sailing going forward. Footnote: a neighbor had his roof replaced a year prior (different company) and warned about all of the roofing nails he found in his yard. To my pleasant surprise we found very few – cleanup was very good!
