Bedazzled Flower Shop

I have used Bedazzled Florist shop TWICE now, and I assure you, there will be future business now for sure. I am definitely a customer for life. Let me explain... The first time I used them, I wanted a floral arrangement to be sent to someone who had given me excellent customer service. I'm talking Above and Beyond EXCELLENT customer service. I spoke with the owner, Valarie, and told her that I not only wanted something nice, but in addition, I wanted something that would totally BLOW AWAY anyone who walked past the recipients office. I wanted them to stop, step backwards, and say, "WOW!! What in the world did you do to receive THOSE FLOWERS?!?" Well, the ladies at Bedazzled delivered - and in a BIG WAY - EXACTLY as I had requested. The flowers were a surprise, but when I later met my friend in person, she still had pictures of the flowers on her phone - and this was 4 months after the fact! Speaking of pictures, when Bedazzled makes an arrangement for you, their practice is to snap a picture of the flowers and send it to you. I **really love** that because it actually gives you (the sender) a chance to see what you are actually sending. What a great idea for a florist to do. As I said, I have used Bedazzled twice now. The most recent order was for a **very special** uncle of mine who past away. When I called the order in, I described the special relationship I had with this uncle and said, "I do not want to simply send a flower arrangement. Rather, I want to send an arrangement that clearly says "You were VERY SPECIAL to me and my family." Without hesitation, the ladies at Bedazzled Florist (again) delivered, and when I got the picture of the arrangement they made, it brought tears to my eyes. They took my verbal thoughts and wishes and transformed them into one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangements I have ever seen. (Pam, you are an incredible designer!) And then....be ready to be **AMAZED** at what they will create for you! Thank you Valarie, Pam, and Sam for all you do -- as you do it so well. So well indeed!!! A Customer for Life.

What I liked about it was that they sent an email to me with a picture of my flower arrangement before they send it out so I can see what it looks like before they send it.
