American Pride Painting and Remodeling

We tried getting a hold of this company and could not make an appointment until the third try. The crew did not have lumber or a saw. We had to ask neighbors for a saw and search in the garage for some wood. We were told it would be $75 per hour. Finally the mailbox was installed about two feet too high and it is leaning to the side. Every time we get mail from it, it becomes looser and looser. They did not cement it or anything to stabilize it. They were incredulous when we called to tell them that we were unhappy with the installation. They eventually said that they would bring our money back. Mrs. Milk eventually told us that we could get the money back because we obviously needed it more than they did. We then got a message from Mr. Milk saying that he was proud of his work and that ultimately she was getting mail and we would not be getting our money back.
