It was a nightmare! He basically breached his contract. His contracts say that he will seal all visible opening that sucks the air and he will do Radon test after installation. After he installed his system, he turned the system on while I was outside home and then he took his check and left. Once I returned to basement, I noted an opening that was not sealed and the fan sucking air from there for the most part. I had to turn the system off and called him to come and fix. It took home 14 days to come back (my mistake was that I did not stop the check because I thought he will respect his job and will come to fix). After two weeks he came no he asked 300$ per hour to fix it. Basically asking me an additional 700$ or for doing his job that he did not complete first time. He said because to fix this opening, he has remove baseboard and cut through the stud. I did not agree to pay that much I said I can pay you 100 to 150 because I already paid him over the contract 2400$ the other day by tipping his workers 100$, just being nice. Tom told his guys to pack and leave. I told him that his contract also says he will do post Radon test after installation of his remedy system. But he just ignored me and left despite me saying that I will have to file law suit for breaching the contract that he has to do post radon test after installation. I am going to see if I can take him to court soon.

Great company to do business with.  Tom Stephenson was very prompt and through and did a very clean install of my system.  I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and highly recommend him.

I was satisfied with the service. I'm glad that I don't have to worry about my radon problem anymore. He's been in the business for a long time, and his price was cheaper than his competition. I would recommend him to others.
