Five Star Pressure Washing Service

I contacted him about an expired big deal for a pressure wash job. Even though it was expired through Angie's List he honored the deal anyway. He was one time, very courteous, and he did a really job.

They were outstanding. I would use them any time. The guy went above and beyond, absolute great company. In fact, we're going to use them again. We're going to wait till the winter gets through and then I'm going to have him come out again. In fact, we're quite a ways from them, and we really love them. He communicated with me right from the beginning and we just kept in touch through email and then when he was able to, he got out and then he did a great job. Very nice man, really was great company. I paid him a little bit extra to do some pressure washing on the house, but that was something I wanted him to do. For $99, he did everything he said he would do. I don't have anything bad to say about that company, it was great. If we didn't like it, we wouldn't use him again, but we are going to use him again.

Five Star Pressure wash was a complete failure that led me to the best pressure washer listed on Angie's list. Five star was a "no show", once I called them I was not even on the schedule. The owner made the excuse that it was raining, I guess rain stops his phone from working.He promised to call me back, he blew me off, no call back or apology.  Do not use Five Star Pressure Wash, they are not dependable, sometimes you get what you pay for ...nothing in this case.

He was excellent. He was very personable. He actually did some extra cleaning. He had a special solution that he added that he said that would really brighten it up and he did not charge any additional. So, he tried to do the best job possible without incurring any additional cost. He was very concerned about the quality of the job.

Another Big Deal purchase. I called to make an appointment as soon as I bought it but was informed that because it was such a popular offer I would have to wait and call back later. Of course I forgot and the deal expired. When I called the company the owner was accommodating and offered to deduct the big deal price and charge me for the balance of the regular price, which was fair.
We made an appointment for a Thursday but because of rain the owner rescheduled for a Sunday. This was impressive, but it rained quite a bit then so his schedule was probably backed up.
I was gone when the guys came. They were punctual, but careless. They blasted the porch without removing anything so a wind chime was destroyed and the door mat was soaked and ruined. My husband was home at the time and would have been happy to move them out of the way if they had asked. They also stepped on a metal roof tile and dented it even though my husband asked them to be careful about that. The pressure wash job was adequate, but they were careless and seemed in a hurry to finish.

Service was punctual, the rates were reasonable and the quality of the product was good.  I would recommend them and also use them again myself.

Excellent response and execution. I was a little skeptical when he mentioned they did not utilize high power water on ladders, but the results were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised on how clean certain areas of the house turned out.  They were very professional, communicated very proactively and achieved very good results.

Mr. Vickers came to the house within 30 minutes of my initial contact and gave me the estimate for complete house, gutter and deck washing and waterproofing the decks.  This was the fourth time we have had the house power washed and the first time the gutters have EVER come clean.  They look brand new.  All other companies told me that pine sap and the black stains would not come off.  We had even tried to clean them ourselves with harsh chemicals and a stiff brush.  Mr. Vickers just smiled and told me that they would be white as new when he left.   He sprayed them, took a soft brush to make sure the cleaner was in all the crevices then rinsed them off.   I was so amazed that I took pictures.   He finished the work on time and everything looked great.  I will definitely use this company whenever the house needs to be washed.  The only reason we rated a B on the price is that it was about $150 more than we had ever paid, however, considering the fact that the house has never been this clean, we would pay this price again.

My pool deck was in desperate need of pressure washing; (chips, dirt, debris, etc) and need to be prepped of resurfacing.  

I contacted Andy from Angie's List. Not only did he have great reviews, but offered a $99.00 special. He responded immediately!
He was prompted in scheduling a date and time to provide an estimate.  I felt his rates were fair and scheduled a tentative date. He offered, should there be a cancelation, he could do the job earlier than scheduled.  To my surprised, he called and was available to start on the work later that afternoon.

Andy did a fantastic job! His rates were reasonable and he was extremely professional.  His knowledge of pressure washing, various pool resurfacing products and pool purifiers was quite impressive!  He also provided a great referral to resurface the pool! 

Needless to say, my pool deck and patio look like they just came back from a dentist cleaning!

I saw Five Star listed favorably on Angie's List, so I gave Andy a call for an estimate. From the initial contact he seemed like a very pleasant man. I asked him many questions about the entire process because I had never had anything pressure washed. We were having a terrible problem with bee and wasp nests along the roofline of our house, as our home is located in a rural area. Andy was more than happy to take the time to answer everything and explain how he was going to address the nest removal. After being convinced he was the right man for the job, I asked him to schedule a future date to service my house. A few days later I got a call from Andy because he was in my area and wanted to know if he could go ahead with the work, which surprised me because I had not had time to arrange for his deposit. He told me not to worry and he would either bill me or if I could get home in time I could pay him in person. I told him I was at work and would do my best to get home as soon as possible after I was released because I appreciated his willingness to do the job with no upfront depost. I was able to get home in time and pay him as his crew was just finishing. The house looked awesome... nest free, clean and sparkling just like new... and the wood decking on our porch looked simply amazing. I highly recommend Andy and Five Star Pressure Washing... he is a very nice man with a vast knowledge of his craft. Thanks Andy!
