Charlie and crew arrived on time and did a workmanlike job in replacing the ceiling. There is still some finish work that needs to be done when they come back to paint (they will be painting other portions of the house too at that time), but the initial work is clean and was completed quickly. Both the lead contractor (Charlie) and the back office coordinator (Dionne) are personable, helpful, and professional. There's no pressure from either of them when discussing possible work. They're easy to reach and return messages quickly. I initially had some concerns about the ceiling, but Charlie explained to my satisfaction the causes and correct action they would take during caulking and painting. Pricing was initially a little high, but they are flexible and negotiated fair rates. I will add another review when the rest of the work is complete, but the initial experience was good.
