To begin with, except for the fact that he doesn't understand the concept of time, pretty well. I had a building permit of which he was aware. He balked when the inspectors failed the footings holes because they were too small. He balked when the inspectors failed the frame as not being up to code. While the deck is very sturdy, we got a nasty inspector who was bound and determined to fail the deck. I went to bat for Jonah and got a different inspector. It still failed. He made most of the changes, not all. The inspector had planned on failing us again and didn't even bring the paperwork with him. After I told him I'd have to hire someone else to do additional work, as Jonah would most likely refuse (which he already had), the inspector took pity on me and passed it, Because it was well built we had Jonah "spruce up" our well house and requested a retractable roof. Long story short, the roof has holes in it and will have to be ripped off to work on the well, he nailed the door shut so we couldn't see the holes or the nails sticking through the other side of the door. If someone goes in there and trips the nails could kill them. He used untreated wood. Left a couple of places undone, and piecemealed a door together out of 2 pieces of wood and some tin from the roof. Looks really bad. We have to get it redone again because he refuses to clean up the mess (part of the contract), need a proper roof installed, and have to replace the siding, untreated wood, and door. All Jonah did was complain how far he had to drive and tell me I should cut him slack cuz he gave us something we didn't ask for on the deck (didn't even know he did it till it was done). When I asked when he would be back to fix what was wrong, he became extremely rude and said "Get off your high horse lady, I'll get there when I get there in a few weeks." Glad I have 11 years of skip tracing, he's moved. Don't use him. He is constantly complaining, making excuses, and blames everyone else for problems he caused.

deck ok. However, work very sloppy. Not measured well. Nails sticking through wood inside the railing, part of the railing going in 2 directions, storage bin on deck poor quality. Well house needs to be redone completely. He is not truthful, can't be relied on, and makes excuses whenever he screws up. Always someone elses fault. Then he falsely advertises the work as A1, putting misleading pictures of the never finished product. Refuses to clean up, even though its in the contract. Not to be trusted.
