Professional provider of services.

Roof had been damaged by windstorm.  Roof was checked, damage was photographed and an estimate presented to us.  Roof was repaired on schedule. Repairs where photographed, and the price charged was as estimated.

Had them come out to take a look at my roof for a reapir or replace. They suggested repairing (for now). They did an excellent job. Were there when they said they would be there and did an excellent job. I will definately consider using them for a new roof!

We had to call the owner at least 3 times for subsequent repairs to get the initial job completed.   After seeing the job that was completed during the first visit, we thought surely someone was going to come out the next day and smooth down the caulking and clean up all the white paint that got all over the gray siding, when replacing the white corner boards around the chimney.  At our request, more workers were sent out and they did clean up the mess that was made the first day - we were asked to supply the gray paint to cover the white trim paint that was all over the siding; that was not a problem though, since I did want the gray paint to match the original.  After the first rain, it was apparent that some of the leaks in the roof were not repaired, so we called the owner again, and he sent more workers out.  It did take a few rain storms to see if the leaks were repaired and a few more visits from the roofers to see good results.  Overall, I feel that the owner is very dedicated to satisfying his customers, however, I think his staff of roofers should put more effort into what they do, the first time that they do it.  Paulk Roofing did give us the best quote, being $2500 less than two others. I guess we have to chaulk this one up to "You get what you pay for."

Work was completed in a timely manner.  Cleanup was excellent, even raking beds for old roofing tacks.
