We hired them to do our roof and were so impressed that we had them do our gutters too. A refreshing company in the home improvement space. Great communication. Up front, competitive pricing, excellent work, and honesty. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did what they said in the time they said. This is rare in this industry but you get it with O'Brien. I will definitely recommend them to friends and hire them for future projects.

The communication was very good, he called back each time in a timely manner when I left a message when he was busy on the other line. Quality of work was good and done on the day he said it would be done. I would hire them again.

John the owner was wonderful from start to finish, he answered all my questions and phone calls. The crew was very nice also. Everything went as planned, the project started on time and finished earlier than I expected. The clean up was great my roof LOOKS GREAT I love it!! The price was unbelievable and very reasonable and he didn't try to DEAD BEAT ME. I have already referred him to somebody else. I would definitely recommend him to others plus he stands by his work. This project was started on time,completed 3 hours before the estimated time, and the cleanup and crew were gone in two hours. This IS the company to call!!

The appointment was 2 PM, Wayne (very personable) showed up at 9 AM, Im just waking up but at least he showed up...The first heavy rain will tell if his cleaning fixed the overflow problem. Had I thought of it I would have suggested a water test (hose).

Did a great job and price was reasonable

Jon gave great customer service from beginning to end. He was friendly, professional, courteous and most of all gave a fair price. He worked with our insurance company to ensure they covered our roof claim. Not only did his crews get the work done a couple of days after meeting with the insurance adjuster, he also had crews who could help with additional projects we needed, like painting and electrical. I can not recommend O Brien Construction highly enough.

Working with O Brien Construction was a real pleasure! We wish we could have worked with him when we had to put a roof on our first house. Competent, informative and honorable to work with. He did not try to hard sell us. Our insurance was inclined to deny our claim because it looked like some of the damage was intentional from the previous owner, but Mr. O Brien persevered, and our claim was approved. Our roof went on as scheduled. Putting on a new roof is a messy job and we were very pleased with the measures that were taken to contain the debris as much as possible and with clean-up afterward. An inspection team even came back to review the roof since it was finished just after dark and they wanted to inspect it during daylight hours. I would highly recommend O Brien Construction to anyone needing a roof. It was a pleasure to do business with someone who clearly operated with high values.
