"I charged for an opening/startup. Finished the job and had the pool back running. When the cover was taken off we noticed it was green and informed that it needed a green to clean. I offered 2 options to do this. I offered to clean it up visit by visit week by week to lower costs but it could take time and customer approved. After 1 cleaning visit customer states it needed to be ready soon and I offered to come more often to get it cleaned up sooner but yes that comes with charging for visits to cover gas/labor and the offer was rejected. I did not charge for the cleaning visit. Sorry it didn't work out but we thank you for your business!"
