TOXIC! Unprofessional and insults you verbally. Here's the details. We needed two cars transported, told RICK that vehicles could be picked up Dec 26th. RICK advised that he needed a two day window and earliest was 27th, but 90% chance they will be picked up 28th. Gave $200 deposit. 30 minutes later, another company said they guarantee pickup the morning of 26th. So we call RICK to cancel. RICK got very aggressive saying not to thrust other company and that all of a sudden he can pick up 26th. Once we told him no thank you, he proceeded to insult our knowledge on how carrier jobs are posted to them and that he WILL NOT refund us cause we went to someone else. RICK said to call my bank if I want to see my money. I'm a chase private client so that was easy. Stay away from RICK and this company.
