I was on the fence whether I should hire my own inspector for my new construction home. I was so glad I did! Mr. Goolsby was very thorough and found code violations that had been missed by the county inspector. These issues were addressed and resolved. He also took the time to followup with me to make sure that these issues had been taken care of even after he had been paid. I would highly recommend Mr. Goolsby as an inspector. He was worth every penny!

On time, and took the time to do the job. the write up is excellent. I was looking for an idea as to how much it will take to bring up to selling price or how much I can expect to discount the house if I want to put on the market today.

Steve and Johnathan were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing and was explaining each step to as they went along. I was hesitate at first by being at the walk thru, but I am glad I was persuaded to do so. I would definiately recommend them to anyone I know that needs a home inspection.

Steve and his son were extremely thorough on my home inspection and were able to save me from avoiding a disaster of a home. Top To Bottom Inspection Service is the BEST!! home inspection service we have ever used. Steve went above and beyond what any other inspector would normally do. The end results were so good we have decided to have them come out ever 10 years or so to inspect our house just so we know what needs to be done to keep the house from having future issues. Carol

From the beginning with the phone inquiry to see who we could hire as a home inspector Steve asked good questions and made suggestions as what a proper home inspection should include. Steve and Jonathan were early to the appointment and started the inspection right away. They were thorough and explained everything in each step of the inspection. They used industry jargon and proper terminology but they were sure to stop and explain in layman's terms everything. Every inch of the home was covered and therefore it took a long time, but if the inspection saves money and disappointment in the future I don't mind the time. Both Jonathan and Steve are friendly and professional. I feel comfortable to refer them and have given their cards out to friends already.
