Top Notch Garage Door

Very professional work done starting from the framing down to final touch ups on the install! I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Called at 4pm got service at 7:30 the next morning. Tech Called 30 minutes before arrival. Found problem that caused spring to break and asked before replacing that bearing. Was recommended by a friend, and I highly recommend them.

It went worse as it possibly could. Had to hire Doors by MIKE to replace everything.

I had a garage door made by a "premium/high end" company that had a panel that broke.  When I contacted Top Notch they actually told me to call that company since "You won't want to buy that panel from us.  I'd have to charge you too much.  BUT, if they charge you more then X to replace that panel, then call me back and we'll replace the whole door".  Sure enough, after contacting the dealer/manufacturer for the current door, the price to replace the ONE broken panel was almost as much as a new door from Top Notch.  After following up with Top Notch, they were able to come as early as the next day (had I been ready).
When the installer got here, he was very professional.  He explained to me why the old door broke, and showed me how the new door was built MUCH better then the previous door.  It was so obvious he really didn't need to even point it out.  On top of the build quality of the door itself, the insulation was over twice as thick on the new door.  When he was done with the installation (including replacing the track and installing new trim), he cleaned up quite nicely after himself, not leaving any screws or parts on the garage floor.
The new door is quieter then the old one, insulates much better, and is built more solid then the old door.  I plan on having them come back in a few months to replace the other door I have just because the quality of the new one is so much better!

After a "incident" between a Toyota Tundra and our garage door, we were in need of a new door.  I looked all over for the best price and at least a few Angies list reviews. ( I also read a few on a couple other sites but if there are no Angieslist, I dont use them).  These guys were by far the cheapest and had the same door that I was replacing.  They gave me a price over the phone (AWESOME) and did not send out a salesman like some of the others wanted to do.  (you need to know your door size which is pretty easy). A nice  guy named Chris came out and replaced the door inm a few hours and made sure it was working properly.  When everything was done, Chris cleaned up the site  and took the old door away and I am VERY happy with this company..

Backed my car up into garage door before it was completely open. Called Derek (Owner) and asked for an estimate and 45 minutes later he was at my door. After he left he said he would call with an estimate. Called 20 minutes later with estimate to replace cross strut, lube door, ensure proper alignment, check the spring and try and bend bottom strut a little straighter and another estimate to replace the entre bottom panel. I chose repair over replacement. Two days later the door was repaired, service technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Door works better than when we first bought the house 4 years ago. Highly recommend. Good value.
