Description of Work: The staff is rude. you will never see the dr only his nurse practitioner. it doesn't matter if you go in everyday they will never remember you or any of the issues you are having like cancer. Just awful place.

Support staff has not been particularly responsive, and I honestly don't know whether that is due to the doctor not providing information back to the staff, or the staff not getting information to the doctor in a timely manner. The jury is still out....
Description of Work: My husband and I recently moved to the area, and I needed a GP to handle basic health issues. My husband's cardiologist recommended I check out the Longstreet Clinic (full disclosure: his wife is one of the GPs on staff), so I set up an initial visit. The doctor (Manzour) was totally professional, seemed to know her stuff, and I felt comfortable with her. She and I came to an agreement about how to proceed with a particular array of tests, and the logic for such tests was explained clearly and to my complete satisfaction. But a couple of follow-up conversations with her support staff have led to my disappointment with the service so far, even though I really like the doctor. First, I had to wait for what seemed like several days for the support staff to get back to me with the information I needed to get the testing done, and that by itself wasn't that troublesome, since there is not a lot of urgency in getting these tests done. HOWEVER, I then contracted a whopper case of the flu (could feel it coming on -- contracted it from my husband, so I knew what was coming), and called the office to ask for recommendations on whether I should come in, or whether they could prescribe Tamilflu pills over the phone, or just whatever. That was this morning about 9:30 a.m. It is now 3:30, and the office has not called back. Given the fast-moving impact of flu, I found it a little annoying to not get a call back with any resolution at all, even if it's simply to say they can't prescribe over the phone (which I could understand). It's that gray area between emergency and no big deal, and it would have been nice to get some notion of whether or not the office could help me at all. Even though I stated above that I would use this provider in future, that is really yet to be determined.

 + -1 moreShe's very proactive with care. She follows up very well with her patients. I get a printed report when blood work is done. She really very thorough & very patient-friendly. She also has a nurse practitioner that works with her that I can see - Linda Collier - if I can't see the doctor. The whole staff is very friendly, professional, & caring.
