After my down payment was accepted I received a phone call from this company that I would receive an installation date the first two weeks of January! This is exactly what occurred! They were courteous, and polite when conversation was needed. They informed me when they would be leaving in ten minutes so I could lock my gate! I received instructions on what I would need to do should I have a new roof in the future! I am impressed with the quality of service!

Excellent, I knew that they were going to replace something already there, so no surprises. Took less time than expected, and they cleaned up and so far as I can tell the squirrels are not in there any more. Success!

They were professional and completed the job within one day. No mess was left when they were done. The roof looks beautiful and I expect to be completely satisfied with everything over the upcoming years.

They kept me informed to when they were coming to do the work. Did a great job Installing my gutter covers. The best part is I do not have to climb on an extension ladder again.

The video the salesperson shows you is quite old; however, the product is great. The installation was done within a few hours (installed on existing gutters). The installer did in fact clean, seal, and reattach the gutters prior to installing the covers.

They couldn't finish it on the initial installation date, so they returned on a Saturday to complete the job. Some special material was needed due to a deck roof on our house which the installers were not aware of. The sales rep and installers were a pleasure to deal with.

The Sales Rep. was very kind. I enjoyed meeting and working with him. The awning is wonderful. Even my neighbors commented on how nice is looks. Operating the awning with a remote,from inside the house , is fantastic.

Using Gutter Helmet was the best decision I ever made. The first appointment I got a very detailed demonstration on gutters. The difference of your everyday gutter to the comparison to Gutter Helmet. Gutter Helmet is very expensive, I was fortunate to be able to pay interest free for 18 months. On the plus side with Gutter Helmet you will never have to clean out your gutters again! They have a lifetime guarantee, even if you sell your house the warranty stays with the new owner. The gentlemen who install the gutters were employees of Gutter Helmet not an outside contractors.

The man from the company was helpful and efficient. The gutters are beautiful. The only downside was that they kept rescheduling appointments with me and when it came down to the day of the install, they did not show up and I had to call them. They did show up a week later, at the scheduled time.

Great Job. Contractors were very good. Couldn't have expected anything more. Gutters look fantastic.

So far it's great, but it was just put in place this morning. The original salesman was very helpful and very pleasant. I was not home when the Gutter Helmet was installed but it looks fine and I'm anxious to see what happens when it rains.
