CAMPING WORLD

What a nightmare! I chose Camping world because they told me they could get to it right away. This was important because we are right in the middle of camping season. I dropped the camper off on July 13. After two weeks, I hadn't heard any thing so I began trying to contact them. I left multiple voice mails that went unanswered. Finally I drove over an hour so I could get someone to talk to me. I was told the Shop Manager had quit and that had placed them behind. I accepted this as an unavoidable problem that would account for some slowdown, but not a complete work stoppage! After three weeks I again left messages that went unanswered. I again drove the hour to have a face-to-face with them. I was told they were waiting for pricing for parts. I asked what was the delay getting prices and all I got was "not my department". After insisting on getting something done. they called the parts department and then informed me that they had just received pricing that very morning. A week later my insurance adjuster went to their facility to examine the camper and get the estimate that had been written the previous visit I made the week before. They told him they were waiting for pricing for parts! I went the next morning and after paying for 4 hours of diagnostic time I picked up my camper and took it to another company for repair. They will never see me or my camper again. I can't rate them low enough to match how I feel.

I didn't purchase the products from them but they were capable of installing the products. Their work was decent and satisfactory. Their price was not satisfactory.
