Reading the reviews on this business and about Brad, the owner, I really expected a different and substantially better experience than what we had. We left a voice mail message yesterday and received an immediate text that the person was on the phone but would call us back shortly. Today at 1:30 we sent a text to the number that texted us yesterday to ask them to give us a call. The person (female) who called back within 30 minutes said they were really busy and when they found out where we live (Milton) said we were outside of their work area. She was not pleasant or apologetic about it, which I would have expected given the rave reviews on customer service this business received. I don't know where they are located in Oakwood, GA but it looks like we are about 40 miles away. I would recommend that they revise their information on Angie's List so that when people are searching for businesses they do not show up for those outside their preferred work area.
Description of Work: We need to have a French drain installed with a stone pathway covering it in the back of our house. We also are needing a stone stairwell installed from our back yard leading into our side yard. We also have additional landscaping, like tree planting and sod installation.
