I was greated warmly at my appointment time and my car was taken immediately to the repair bay, after I signed in. I had an excellent cup of coffee while watching their satellite TV in the waiting room. Bathroom was clean and manager came and got me within 20 minutes to discuss my car with me. I will need a wheel bearing in about 3-4000 miles. Also new ball joints..(maybe). This is not bad for a 1999 Ford Explorer with 148,000 miles on it. Goodyear said the rest of my car meets all and quot;factory specsand quot;.
I am especially pleased with Goodyears report since this vehicle has towed countless trailer loads of heavy equipment and a 21 foot boat all over the southeast in the past.
I plan to use Goodyear for all service on my two vehicles for the rest of their useful life.

They are honest, which is great for a shop. They always do things when they say they will do it, and they do good quality work. I have an older car and they encouraged to keep it. I trust them and highly recommend them.

WE HAVE WORKED WITH THEM AND USED THEM FOR THE PAST SIX YEARS, AND WE DRIVE OUT OF OUR WAY TO TAKE OUR CARS THERE. THEY SEEM TO BE VERY FAIR, AND I'VE HAD REASON TO BELIEVE OTHER CAR DEALERS AREN'T HONEST. I FEEL THEY GIVE HONEST ANSWERS THAT DON'T MAKE THEM ANY MONEY. IN FACT TO THE CONTRARY THEY'VE TOLD ME STUFF TO SAVE MONEY AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR IT.
