After the sale and upon moving in I encountered the following problems. Hot water heater had been dry fired (no hot water), tub leaked into neighbors garage, upstairs unit leaked into my bedroom, delivered wrong refrigerator, garage door opener opened my garage and sales units, no keys to the garage and PVC piping was used in the upstairs unit instead of something more durable and sound proof. The result, toilet flushes, showers, etc. sound like a waterfall in my bedroom. Upper management was made aware of the problem and said it wouldn't be fixed as it wasn't their mistake but the Architect's. (I could list a lot more but have a limit of 1,000 characters).
