They were great.  They were absolutely great.  There was anything I could complain about.

The price was fantastic. They cleaned up well and it was a nice overall experience. I was not satisfied with their customer service and follow up. The caulking turned black around the windows on the front of the house, they said they would come out to look at it but they never showed up.

Tooks weeks longer than promised.  Came out three times without being able to finish the job.  Pointed fingers within as to whose fault it was.Left me with a tenant who did not have functioning windows for weeks and who was upset with me...made for unhappy tenant situation and liability exposure.

They haven't installed the windows yet!  I can't get a hold of them. 

Started off good ,price was ok Peter the salesman seemed OK Once they got first payment 1/2things slowed down. 6 weeks later after numerous call both to Peter and Liz the office manager they finally scheduled the install. Got the job 1/2 done but brought out the wrong trim so they had to order it and they came back out a week later to finish the job Now we had another window get broken by a golf ball, so we decided to replace 2 more windows to match.called Peter got a price we said OK but 3 weeks later we still couldn't get them to measure (which they require) finally 5 weeks later they came out and Liz said she would rush our order since there was such a delay in getting it measured. I thought everything was on schedule till I called back 4 weeks later to check and Liz said "oh didn't Peter call you" we need to charge you an additional $100.00 before we can start because it it such a small job.I find this out over 2 months later. I asked Liz to have George (The owner)to call me I don't think she ever did because she new I was going to tell him how bad a job she is doing. (she always said he was not in but she would have him call me. Maybe he doesn't even know how terrible of a job Liz and Peter are doing !

I love the windows and they fit well, however I am not satisfied with their customer service. They told me that it would take only one day to install the windows so I took off from work and at the end of the day they were not finished. I could not be home the next day so my friend was there and stayed while they finished. The guy installing them asked her to go around and check them which she did and she paid him. The next day when I took a look at them I noticed that the trim was not done well. On some of the windows the trim was measured and cut well and only a small line of caulk was used. On other windows a half inch of caulk was needed because the trim was not measured well. No one came or called to see if I was satisfied with the job that was done. I left several messages and spoke to people 3 times who said it would be taken care of but no one ever came out or followed up. I would not use this company again because they are not standing behind their work. I know that caulk will split and I will have to pay someone else to retrim the windows.

US Window Factory Inc provided me with the best investment I've ever had done to my house. They did come on time and cleaned up well after they were done. There were a couple of things that weren't so good, and these were that the crew didn't speak English very well and they did some damage to the wood frame of one of the windows on the back side of the house.

The paint was selected from a color card turned out to be too light, but the painter had already purchased 5 gallons. We were obligated to purchase ourselves 5 gallons of our final choice. The windows were painted in closed position. After painting, they were not open part way until after they were dry. The remainder of the original paint (that we rejected) should have been left with us as part of our contract, but only 3 gallons out of the original 5 were provided. Clean-up was mediocre and some work was completed after dark. It is also true that the painter reviewed the completed work with us, and made some corrections we requested, and offered to return if we had problems with the job. A dumpster was left in the driveway for more than 2 weeks although it was only needed for disposing of siding that had been removed during the first 4 days. We had to phone the company to request removal of the dumpster.

I compared many companies and in the end, US Window Factory had the best price AND exceptional service! My sales rep was Mary Wright. Mary was great! I liked her immediately! And she proved to be reliable and helpful every step of the way! The installers, Eddie and Randy spent all day removing the old aluminum windows and installing my new energy-efficient windows. They worked tirelessly and were considerate of my animals. Always ensuring their safety and security by making sure they were safely secured before moving to the next room. They were reliable, professional and friendly!! They worked very hard in the extreme heat and took time to ensure the job was done well and to my satisfaction! As soon as all the windows went in, I could sense and immediate change in the air temperature inside the house! Already (pre-caulking), the windows were doing their job!!! Can't wait to see next month's electric bill! ;) The end result, my windows look great!!! We are very pleased!!!
