I used UCI after recommendation from my contractor. I am not really happy with them. Their customer service really stinks. They are not responsive and don't really seem to get when you complain what you are talking about.  I call, complain about a job, and they say, "Okay we'll be out on Tuesday at 3" and when the Tuesday at 3 comes, it is one guy going, "Oh, I just need to take a picture of the problem'. Then of course the guy was 2 hours late which was even worse. My contractor is very aware of the fact that I am a little ticked off with them. He has had several other complaints from other clients he had used so he has actually taken them off his preferred list. The work they did was very nice. I am really happy now that it is in but the mirrors are framed, and then they had to put like a little piece of trim around the inside of each frame to kind of hide where the mirror and frame matched and I would know if they are popping out. And so that is what I am trying to get them to fix now. Normally when I had an appointment, they were very prompt in coming, the problem is getting them scheduled because evidently they are still busy that it is impossible to get them to come out to your house. The rest of it is in realy good shape, it is just they really screwed up on the mirrors. The price was really pretty good.

Their workmanship did not turn out the way they said it would, I would not recommend them to anybody.  I spoke to them but they were not helpful in fixing their mistakes.  So now I am going through my credit card company.

Tear oui & installation were good. They did not meet deadlines timely. Also no follow up after job is done & paid for. we still have two drawers that need to be fixed to operate properly.
