They cut one of my trees without my permission. Looks like they slightly changed the name, but their phone number is still the same. Timberoak /Timberwood/TreeXpert. Now the tree is very uneven, and the salesman stopped by offering to charge extra $500 to even it out (and thin out a few small branches on one other tree). And they won’t care about you, your neighbors, or your trees. Now I need to hire someone else to try and make it look better, but it will never regrow the massive branches they chopped off without my permission, didn’t even put my pine straw back in place.

The entire process was terrible. They were rude. they did not keep their word. They were messy and showed a true carelessness towards our property. The owner, Eddy, was especially rude.

"This customer is clearly confused. The day we showed up to do the job, they refused to allow us to pull a crane on to their drive way after we explicitly discussed using the crane to the job at the time of the estimate, which was the compelling reason they added more work on. Then after playing stupid as if they didnt remember that they agreed to the crane, they were more than happy to cancel with us standing in thier driveway, with a crew, chipper truck, chipper, bobcat, log truck , and a rental crane service that charges for just showing up, (all of which would have been a significant financial loss to us). Inspite of all this, we came up with an alternative way to remove the tree in the back yard without the crane (At our added expense and hassle) with no thanks or appreciation from either the husband or the wife. In fact this woman treated us like we were bad people for wanting to complete the job we came to do, and couldnt seem to care less about whether we took a loss on the job or not. We did the job. We cleaned up everything to the specifications the husband requested before giving us the check. The truth is that these people were the kind of nightmare customers that contractors hate."
