Overall, i couldn't be more happy with the service and professionalism of Top Quality.  I now live in Oregon with a rental property in Duluth, Ga.  I was in-between tenants and needed to get a service to be able to handle the majority of my needs in a relatively short amount of time.   I had less than 2 weeks to prepare the rental property before the new tenants moved in and  Chris from Top Quality helped me coordinate her services around all the others that were going on -  a tremendous help!   Chris's services seemed to be primarily be in the home and carpet cleaning, but was also able to help retain a interior painter  and deck stainer that I desperately needed.  
Throughout the process, I was very impressed with this service.   Top Quality completed all the jobs on time, the costs were reasonable and the tenant was very impressed with what had occurred from when she first did her initial walkthrough.   Being so far away, I needed a service that  I could be confident to get the job done by the move in-date- this service did the trick!  I will be using Top Quality for my rental property every time I am in need.  
Note:  The upstairs master had a 3x3 ft deep red stain that even after the carpet cleaning was done, the faint stain could be seen by the tenant.  The tenant wanted to have the carpet replaced.  I called Chris to see if we could have someone go back out  and see if there was anything we could do.  She had her team go out and whatever they did, the tenant was happy with how the 2nd round turned out.  There was no extra charge.
