I walked into their showroom completely ignorant of futons and the owner very graciously educated me from start to finish. He talked with me about my specific needs and planned use and helped direct me to the proper frame and mattress. He did not pressure me nor did he try to get me to spend more money than I actually needed to. The product arrived as promised and the installer got it assembled very quickly. I am very pleased. If you need additional sleeping options but don't have room for a bed stop by and see the Futon Port. You may find options of which you were not aware. I certainly did!

The Great Futon Port has a nice selection of all wood platform beds. I had looked at many contemporary furniture stores and found the best prices and highest quality at the Great Futon Port. The showroom isn't fancy;it's more of a warehouse. They offered delivery and assembly for fifty dollars, but I opted to pick up from the store. When I got home there was a piece missing from the box. They arranged a replacement part within a few days. I wasn't happy about driving back to Norcross, but their responsiveness made up for it. Most of the items in the store can be delivered within a week.
